Returns
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason, provided the seal has not been broken. If the seal is broken, your order is final and cannot be returned.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €6.95 per package, consult your carrier's website for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging.
Return Conditions
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product, preferably with the original packing slip. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs if the entire order is returned. If you have purchased multiple products and want to return 1 of them, only this amount will be refunded.
If you have selected Klarna as a payment method, the payment costs of € 1.95 will not be credited.
We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of receipt of your return, provided that the product is returned in good order and unused.
To exercise this right, you can return the product or products to the address below. Please include the original packing slip so that we know it came from you.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for products:
- Used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Products whose seal has been broken, opened and used are excluded from the right of withdrawal. For reasons of hygiene, these products are not suitable for return if the seal is broken after delivery.
We continuously monitor our online range with the utmost care. Unfortunately, in exceptional cases it may happen that during the processing of the order it appears that an item is no longer in stock. If an item is unexpectedly not available, we will inform you within 5 working days with an email notification, and we will refund the paid amount within 14 days or adjust the Klarna invoice.
